It seems a long time ago when I commenced my career - January 1978! A career that now spans almost 45 years, and has embraced immensely diverse cultures that offered along the way, innumerable Learning opportunities. During this short journey, I've been gifted with the chance to work with, coach, mentor, and lead colleagues from many backgrounds and disciplines. It has been a wonderful experience. Being present and co-creating the future with an individual or team, as they realize their true potential, is something that every leader should seek out and experience.
