What are Featured Workflows?
Always-on automations that monitor media and visibility opportunities and deliver them to your inbox or Slack. Each workflow is three decisions: what to match (described in plain language), when to look (hourly to monthly), and where to send results. Templates cover journalist requests, HARO, podcasts, journalists, creators, bylines, mentions, competitors, GEO, speaking, and awards.
How long does setup take?
A few clicks from a template, or one sentence in chat — “set up a workflow that monitors journalist requests about fintech and emails me daily.” There's no query syntax to learn; the plain-language description is the configuration.
Do Workflows require a paid plan?
No — workflows are available on every plan, including Free. Every template is included; paid plans differ only in usage budget. Runs pause when the daily usage cap is hit; a Free workspace's first run may pause on the 10¢ cap. Everything a workflow automates can be tried free, one search at a time, in Featured chat.
Which workflow should I start with?

Can I change a workflow after it's running?

Templates cover the recurring hunts of PR today, and custom workflows — build-your-own monitors beyond the templates — are on Featured's roadmap. In the meantime, templates flex a long way: what you describe in plain language is what gets matched.
Can AI agents create workflows?
