I’m looking to interview founders, owners, CEOs, and other decision-makers at small and medium-sized businesses to explore how AI is helping them deliver better, more consistent experiences for their customers. This feature will examine how AI is being applied to enhance customer experience in everyday business settings, from customer support and communication to personalization, feedback analysis, and service delivery. It will also look at how teams are using AI to stay responsive and maintain quality as their customer base expands. As part of the interview, you’ll have the opportunity to share how your business is using AI to improve the customer journey, what has worked or not worked so far, and how these tools are shaping your approach to customer relationships, retention, and service standards. Responses should come directly from individuals who are actively involved in running the company and making strategic decisions. The goal is to highlight real-world insights from operators who are building and managing teams, offering a clearer picture of how AI is influencing customer experience at the SMB level.
