We are writing an article targeted to students, recent grads, and others who are early in their careers. Should candidates ignore job boards like LinkedIn, College Recruiter, and Indeed and instead invest all of their time into networking? If they should do both, how they should look at each approach in terms of the time they should invest, things they should do, and things they should not do?
