We are writing an article targeted to students, recent grads, and others who are early in their careers. A lot of media attention has been paid to candidates ghosting employers by not showing up to interviews or even their first days on the job. Is ghosting by employers a significant problem too? What are some examples? What should candidates do if they think they're being ghosted?
