Version 1 - Over the Top This year, I'm working on two fun themes. The first is the same as last year -- over the top gift ideas to mirror the Neiman Marcus Holiday Gift Guide. I want expensive, fun, and if not too expensive, perhaps something I can package together like I did Act 3 of last year's article. Version 2 - The Marketer's Guide to Planning Taylor Swift's Wedding I think this will be very fun. So I want to hear from every brand who would love to somehow be integrated into her wedding, whether as a gift idea, honeymoon location, bridesmaids gifts, everything. This will end up ultimately being a gift guide with this fun twist. I will likely release a second edition of it whenever we know the wedding date and perhaps one more when we get closer to that date, so anyone that doesn't get into the first edition, believe me when I say I keep all pitches -- as those who've gotten coverage from me 9 months later keep discovering! Version 3 - Not Confirmed But Maybe ~ Low-Key Gifts I may or may not do a repeat last year’s. where I look at low-key Secret Santa type gifts as well but I'm not entirely sure. Everything depends on what I'm pitched. It is truly about gifts you can give while avoiding the impression you're trying to bribe someone.
