Mid-term rental operators to discuss how they handle agreements
We're writing an article on mid-term rental agreements, and we'd like to include your firsthand insights. In return, we can offer a link to your direct booking site, listing page or page explicitly related to the STR/MTR industry.
Here are the questions. Feel free to answer as many or as few as you like!
1) Why do you / don't you need a specialized mid-term rental agreement? What benefits do you see?
2) Are there any compliance requirements in your region that you need to reflect in the contract? What impact does this have?
3) What is the single most important thing to include in an MTR contract? Why is that? What benefit have you noticed from including it?
4) If you combine STR and MTR, do you use different contracts? Why? How do you differentiate them?
