We are producing an article for HNW and UHNW families considering a luxury relocation. For this piece, we want to hear directly from relocation realtors who operate at the top end of the US market, specifically those working in the $50 million-plus category.
We are looking for responses to three questions:
What is one thing you wish every client understood before they start relocating?
What is the biggest hidden challenge in a luxury relocation, and how do you solve it?
Describe a client who had a smooth move and why you think it worked so well.
This article focuses on three areas:
The most common questions and mistakes HNW clients make when relocating to or within the US
How top realtors think about long-term lifestyle fit, including schools, household staffing requirements, commute, and community
How realtors work with specialists, such as staffing agencies, to make the transition feel effortless behind the scenes
We are looking for relocation realtors who operate exclusively in the luxury segment, with transactions at $50 million or above. Preferably based in the US. If your volume or positioning sits at a different threshold, please mention that in your response.
Contributors will be featured by name in the published article, with a link back to their website or chosen profile included in their bio.
Selected contributors may also be invited onto our podcast, which will feature conversations with specialists across the luxury household world.
