I am seeking real estate agents and brokers actively working in Austin, Arlington, Fort Worth, Phoenix, and Mesa to share firsthand insights into what it’s like to buy or sell in today’s cooled Sun Belt markets.
I’m writing about shifting dynamics in formerly hot pandemic-era boomtowns that have since cooled. I’m looking for local agents who can speak to changes in buyer and seller sentiment, days on market, offer activity, affordability factors, remote work shifts, new construction, and opportunities created by the cooldown.
I’m especially interested in how life and business have changed for agents and brokers in these areas. What’s different about closing deals today? Has anything stayed the same?
Ideal sources are licensed agents or brokers with active listings or recent closings in these markets. Bonus if you have hyperlocal data or have worked in these areas since the pandemic boom. Agents in other similarly cooling markets are also welcome.
