Predictive Maintenance in Multifamily Real Estate I’m a journalist/research analyst working on a new Insights by Blueprint report on how predictive maintenance is being adopted in multifamily housing. I'm looking to speak with multifamily real estate owners and operators, property managers, and PropTech vendors about predictive maintenance. I'd like to know how industry professionals actually define it, what its practical use cases are, the barriers to adoption, and lessons learned. Embracing AI to Build or Grow Your Business While artificial intelligence (AI) isn’t really new—it’s been around since the 1950s—it’s impact on how we live and work certainly is. Over the past two years, as generative AI (GenAI) has been increasingly embraced by businesses of all kinds, it’s quickly proven to provide opportunities for efficiencies and innovation never before imagined. Contrary to popular wisdom, 50+ entrepreneurs are particularly well-positioned to embrace GenAI to help them build their businesses. They were, after all, working when computer technology revolutionized the workplace; AI is just the latest technological revolution. I’m interested in hearing from 50+ entrepreneurs about how they’re using AI to fuel their professional passions.
