I am writing a book about runner longevity and I'm looking to interview a few runners who have taken care of a medical issue or are keeping one under control and improved their running performance as a result. For example, did your running improve after starting CPAP for sleep apnea? Were you treated for vitamin D deficiency and able to run again? Did losing weight improve your running? I'm looking for two to three runner stories.
