Answer this question, get featured on Susie Klein Wellness
I’m seeking real-life stories for my upcoming book on runner longevity. One of the chapters will discuss the importance of taking care of your medical health. Were you diagnosed with sleep apnea and found your running improved after using a CPAP machine? Did you have a vitamin D deficiency that made you too tired to run, but once corrected, you were able to continue? Did your doctor say you needed to lose weight for health reasons, and doing so improved your running? Diabetes? You get the idea!
