Employers: when an employee having a marketing degree made a difference
Attn: Business leaders/owners. I am looking for the employer perspective on when having a marketing degree makes a difference for an employee. Perhaps it was in the hiring process, his/her understanding of business in addition to marketing communication, promotability, knowing better which levers to pull to adjust to market changes, to meet regulatory requirements, hi/her skill set, or even just in maturity. Perhaps something else?
Please provide a quote about why it's beneficial to have a marketing degree, and a brief story (if you have one) of when it made a difference for an employee.
