In order to adjust a client's coverage to fit their changing needs, it's important to review their policy at least once a year if not more. Identify areas that no longer match the client's situation (have # of household members changed? Are kids away at college? Is a vehicle more than 10 years old and no longer needs full collision?) Present tailored solutions that better fit the client's evolving needs and always keep a line of communication open. It creates comfort and trust which is the goal of every agency/customer relationship.
