AI can sure pump out content, but skilled writers can craft content that really connects with the audience, offering genuine value that AI just can’t replicate.
Although we've experimented with various AI-integrated tools like Ahrefs for keyword recommendations, their usage hasn't been significant enough to make a considerable impact on our overall work. However, ChatGPT has proven to be incredibly valuable for us, especially in reporting: Reporting Writeups: Our team provides screenshots to ChatGPT, which then generates comprehensive writeups with insightful analysis. This process is a massive time saver and greatly enhances our productivity. We submit our rough findings, and ChatGPT returns a polished version with additional insights, making our reports more thorough and professional. Sorting and Database Management: We recently compiled a database of Google's leaked search algorithm ranking factors https://searchrankingfactors.com/. This database supports our assessments and recommendations for clients. Previously, finding the most relevant rows (factors) in Google Sheets or Airtable was a daunting task. By creating a CustomGPT tailored to this database, we can now quickly retrieve the relevant information for our queries. This has streamlined our workflow and improved the accuracy and efficiency of our recommendations. Additionally, our team is developing a CustomGPT that will automatically analyze server log files. This tool will help us identify patterns, errors, and optimization opportunities within the logs, further enhancing our ability to manage and improve website performance for our clients. Overall, while some AI tools haven't significantly impacted our work, ChatGPT has become an indispensable part of our toolkit.
There are a lot of tools now which include AI, most don't rely on AI but are adapted to have AI in them and don't serve an amazing focus, tools like Zapier have come out with some pretty useful adaptions which allow you to direct what tool you want to adapt easily and actions IE: Make a trigger with ActiveCampaign add tag which is Shown Interest do a wait timer for 5 days and then the message in Slack channel Notifications with User has shown interest and map out their details. Which can save a huge amount of time if you're in Zapier daily.
