Calendly is a big one. I have to schedule a lot of meetings with external clients, partners, support services, etc. and it was always a massive pain that you couldn't see their calendars like you could with those internal to your organization. It turned the entire process into either a guessing game or a conversation between assistants to make it fit. Calendly basically acts like a nice third party bridge that makes your calendar visible to externals, which is a massive time and effort saver. Highly recommend it to everyone that struggles with scheduling.
