When I prepare for tomorrow I take out my schedule and look at what events or activates are scheduled and will incorporate those block in my day as well. By doing so I have found that my day flows easily and I end up completing everything that I need to throughout the day. I also organize the things that I will need the night before, so when I wake up I don’t have to go around the house to find a charger, headphones or something I would forget 75% of the time, and last I try to suggestively choose what I will wear the next day. In addition, my physical state also has a great bearing on my interpretation of the time. Having a clear mind, plus a healthy, nutritionally-filled body impacts the way I process time.
