While it's important to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques, the ultimate goal should be to enhance the client's natural features and complement their unique persona. As a beauty professional, I recently had the pleasure of working with Sarah, a successful marketing executive in her late thirties. Sarah wanted to update her look with a modern and polished style that still complemented her classic and sophisticated personal taste. After an in-depth consultation, I recommended a sleek, shoulder-length haircut with soft layers to add movement and flatter her features. For her makeup, I opted for a polished, natural look using warm, neutral tones and a creamy, nude-pink lip shade. To incorporate a current trend, I introduced Sarah to contouring and highlighting techniques, strategically sculpting her features and creating a radiant, youthful glow. The final result was a stunning transformation that seamlessly blended Sarah's personal style with modern beauty techniques. Recently I was lucky enough to be involved in one my leading stars run up to a major red carpet event. She was relentlessly intent on a striking dress that required most perfect corsets or a tape bra for its seamless nature. But, interestingly, she found a practical reason for using a tape bra as an undergarment because of its comfort and convenience, unlike the popular option of georgette or pepper bra for their beauty and decorations. Being mindful of her taste and blending it into the dressing makes it seamlessly pleasing while we personally guided her, all through the selection of a tape bra for the purpose of perfect support that doesn't compromise the dress beauty. That is coincidentally the painstaking task which calls to mind the methodic process of applying the tape bra so it fits her like it should, but at the same time is totally invisible under her silken gown. For an effort to supplement this option and to blend together the trend currently, I proposed we concentrate on her accessories and makeup on the other hand, for that sense of trendiness. A statement necklace was selected alongside the pepper bra trend & it aimed to echo the boldness but trying to avoid that it might overwhelm the look. In order to complement the trend but not omit the character, we chose bold lips as our make-up, which is a contemporary new color and which along with the others, completes the image and her look. The effect we had created resulted in something breathtaking to behold. Score the red carpet in the way she walked; she was certainly confident and the costume was personal+futuristic style. Practically managed to underline on why you should be a representative of the client and musicalize where it is possible, to make the person feel comfortable and fashionable, at the same time.
