One of the primary challenges with Klaviyo is the setup and testing of flows, which can become complex as you refine the optimal emails, timing, and messaging for each stage. Over the course of a month, my role focused on enhancing open rates and conversions within a specific flow, rotating to a new flow each subsequent month. To achieve this, I implemented a series of A/B tests for each flow in Klaviyo. Although this process required a considerable investment of time, after a month, we saw measurable improvements, resulting in higher conversion rates across all seven flows.
