Greetings, As a visual branding company mediating many complex arrays of client stakeholders, navigating diverging interests to uncover unifying creative visions is a constant challenge - that much is for sure. One crucial solution bridging this gap came working with an auto brand amidst a high-stakes product launch disrupted by production delays outside marketing’s control. The challenge - significant tradeshow presence and promotional budget was already committed based on original ambitious timelines. But with vehicle rollout now severely pushed back, creative needed to pivot all assets to publicize essentially only previews and high-level features without tangible model showcasing as planned. Rather than scale back presence though and lose the awareness opportunity, my team conceived an engaging blended reality concept showcasing radically enhanced digital visualizations of the still conceptual car dynamically blended into real exhibition booth footage. This brought their aspirational visions more dramatically to life for attendees than static renderings while buying engineers precious additional development breathing room. Stakeholders were unanimously thrilled at how we salvaged and ultimately elevated planned presence despite unavoidable external setbacks. Hope this helps! Have a great day, Stephen Hudson
