Culinary professionals, can you describe a specific event where you had to cater to a diverse set of palates and how you managed to satisfy all guests?

I designed a multicultural menu for a wedding reception where the dishes represented the couple’s mixed background – always combining two elements from two continents, including one from the traditional menu and one from the other to create two completely new dishes. It challenged me to be creative but respectful to culinary traditions, resulting in a dinner that celebrated Italian heritage and pleased everyone.
