When it was put into practice, personalized reminders or support call could be used by the staff to reach out to the staff in order to make the missing appointment rates drop by almost 30 percent. The fact that the project depicted data fluency as well as clinical relevance was appreciated by employers. It demonstrated that applied intelligently, analytics can provide a direct benefit to patient relationships and operational efficiency without confusing care teams with complexity.
