It showcased relatable scenarios where people could improve their lives by addressing their mental health first. Celebrity Endorsements & Partnerships: Talkspace partnered with well-known figures in media and entertainment, including actress Demi Lovato and former professional athlete Michael Phelps. Both of them have been outspoken about their own mental health struggles and were featured in the campaign to help break the stigma surrounding therapy. Goal: The goal was to make therapy feel more approachable and to encourage people to take the first step toward mental wellness without fear or hesitation.
