I sometimes struggle with insomnia from having a history of PTSD. The thing that works best for me is living on the East Coast and working on the West Coast. Some days, I sleep in later and start the day on the West Coast time to allow me to get the extra sleep I need. Beyond this, I work in marketing, which is just fun work in general. I spend most of my day writing or coming up with ideas or analyzing data which is all easy work to do from home. I've had my articles read by millions of readers over the years so I've been able to accomplish great things in my career, even though I often experience fatigue from sleep issues.
