Oh, where to start! The past few years have been quite a ride. When COVID hit, our business dropped off a cliff. People were suddenly working from home, no suits or office wear needed. We had to shut down for a few months, and it's been a slow climb back up as things started to open again. Interestingly, what really kept us floating was offering specialized services like cleaning and preserving wedding dresses and other formal wear. Now, with the recent push back to the office, we're seeing our regular customers coming back, plus some new faces. We've also amped up our services, focusing on hygiene and express services, which seem to be the new trend. Always learning and adapting, that's the key takeaway here.
