While I haven't personally guided clients with psychedelic-informed practices, I've found tremendous success helping leaders break their wine-to-de-stress pattern through what I call the '3-Minute Kitchen Reset.' When a craving hits, I have them stand barefoot in their kitchen, place both hands on their counter, and breathe in for 4 counts while thinking of one food that truly nourished them today, hold for 4, then exhale for 6 while imagining that nourishment flowing through their body--repeat this cycle five times. This grounding practice reconnects them to their body's wisdom rather than reaching for that glass, and I've watched it transform the 6pm witching hour for so many of my clients who were stuck in that same coffee-takeaway-wine cycle I lived for years.
