A Restorative Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant is the eyes, ears, hands, feet, and voice of the nursing team. It is important that the CNAs are on the same page as everyone. When we work together and communicate with the interdisciplinary team, along with the patients and their families it significantly improves patient care.
