The most effective one tip that actually sticks in real life behavior is: micro breaks every 20 minutes. Not the big break at lunch. Not the "look away once in awhile". Actual timed micro resets. 20 seconds. Looking 20 feet away. Zero phone during that 20 seconds. When I get people to literally set auto timer / auto reminder (or attach it to context triggers like every Slack thread finished), their digital eye stress drops in like 48 hours. I had one founder client tell me his headache frequency dropped from 4x a week to 1x a week just by doing this. People underestimate how much the sustained micro tension is the thing that kills comfort. The eyes don't need 1 giant vacation. They need tiny reps. Consistency beats 1 big intervention.
