How do you see the energy sector addressing concerns about cybersecurity threats? What measures are being taken to enhance grid resilience?

I am seeing more students from the energy sector for my classes that I teach through my university extension campus and individual classes. I am also seeing great responses from the energy sector asking for table top exercises, converged security assessments and wanting to improve their security metrics. Will these wins continue across ALL of the energy sector and its supply chain in 2025 will be something to watch.
