Ensuring consistent quality of electrical work, consist of great leadership. Leadership is key in the world of trades, because leaders ensure quality and students become leaders. I ensure constant quality in the field by remembering what I've learned and I'm always verifying the code reference. My Instructor at Dunwoody made sure we knew what (Workman like manner) was even though she didn't agree with the term. My first travelling role was Google data center in Oklahoma, this project was critical, we had a critical projects group and I was on the national projects group. I started off digging the first trench on building 5B, I learned everything from fire alarm to card entry doors and I completed the final inspection two years later. I ensure quality by following electrical design standards, safe work practices, electrical code references, quality control and testing of all electrical work.
