When I felt overburdened by a project deadline and thought, "I'll never finish this on time," I used cognitive restructuring. Seeing this as a bad idea, I stopped to question its veracity. I reframed it by thinking, "If I divide the project into smaller tasks and prioritise effectively, I can complete it step by step." I did this by recalling myself of previous triumphs under comparable conditions. This change in viewpoint helped me concentrate on workable answers and lessened my stress. I learnt how to reframe ideas to create a more positive and productive mindset through cognitive restructuring.
