In one instance, we were working with a corporate client in the retail sector who needed a custom software solution to streamline their inventory management. Initially, the project scope was limited to developing a basic application. However, during the discovery phase, I realized that the client also faced challenges with data analytics and reporting, which were critical for their decision-making process. To exceed their expectations, I proposed an enhanced solution that included not only the inventory management system but also an integrated analytics dashboard that would provide real-time insights into inventory levels, sales trends, and customer behavior.
