To get started, we'd love it if you could put together a submission highlighting restaurants & bars that really nail seasonal & rotating cocktails, flights, storytelling on the menu, and bite-sized pairings that fit the bill. Can you confirm the best way to get that submission to us, and also give us a heads up on the deadline? Additionally, we'd love to know the image specs and any word limits we need to keep in mind. And to make sure we don't miss any great spots, let us know if pop-ups and hotel bars qualify too, that way we can focus on the right things. For each venue, we'll need the basics, name and city, a direct contact, website and social links, but also a brief rundown of their cocktail program, what kind of flights and seasonal drinks they offer, and whether they do any pairing bites, and of course, links to some interior pics to give us a feel for the place.
