One of the most memorable times I received constructive criticism was when a customer pointed out that my coaching sessions sometimes relied too much on theoretical ideas, which made it difficult for them to put the insights into practice. They recommended adding additional concrete actions that were suited to their short-term objectives. I reorganised my classes to incorporate hands-on activities, real-world situations, and well-defined action plans after taking this feedback to heart. Additionally, I began proactively asking clients what precise results they were hoping to attain. In addition to increasing client happiness, this strategy boosted my capacity to strike a balance between theory and practice. I learnt the value of flexibility and client-centered coaching from it.
