What's your best tip for someone who is nervous about their first chiropractic adjustment? How can they feel more comfortable and prepared?

One of the first things I do prior to adjusting a patient for the first time, is explain that the type of chiropractic technique that I practice is very gentle. There is no cracking, popping, or twisting of the spine with NUCCA chiropractic care. Once patients hear that they will not hear or feel any cracks, pops or twists, they are excited and all their fears vanish. There are many ways to adjust the spine gently and effectively.
