I've always wanted to become defined and toned in a way where people notice I have muscles. I joined a gym where they offer strength classes. What was remarkable was I started at very low weights, but over 6 months, I could keep adding heavier weight. I can't tell you how proud I feel when using heavy weights in front of the class. I was committed to going every day, rotating strength, Barr, Yoga, and Kickboxing classes. I'm 59 years old and have a body better than most 30-year-olds. I'm very proud of myself and my accomplishment.
