Client feedback is crucial in enhancing training services. For instance, two clients expressed discomfort with certain common exercises—one due to self-consciousness about their "long arms" during lateral raises, and another feeling awkward with curls and pushdowns because they felt too "bro-like." Their honesty allowed me to modify their routines, keeping them engaged and progressing towards their fitness goals. Without being approachable and adaptable, I might have lost these clients. Their feedback not only improved their experience but also refined my training approach.
There were main areas of feedback form my clients: Class Timing: Many clients mentioned that the class schedules were not convenient, particularly for those with 9-to-5 jobs. Class Variety: Some clients felt there was a lack of variety and requested more diverse workout options. Intensity Levels: Feedback indicated that the intensity of the classes was either too high or too low for certain participants, making it hard to cater to different fitness levels. As a result we added new time slots and more classes on the weekends with greater variety.
