If I can complete my tasks within under 60 minutes, then that is 12 tasks done each down allowing me more opportunity to take on more clients and projects. Now, I can also split my tasks up into 2 hours or even 4 hours depending on the complexity of the task, but by managing these chunks I can optimise my time and workflow so much easier. I know that Asana does have an option for your to record or time each task as well, but I haven't managed to get into the routine of doing that yet.
