I write the What's in Season column for Garden & Gun magazine and, for our June/July issue, I'm looking for a Florida chef who is passionate about using key limes in recipes. They would need to share their personal connection to key limes, as well as a recipe (ideally one that's good for "cooling off" in the summer months -- key lime pie could work, but open to "refreshing" ideas).
