Many churches run daycare centers and don’t require diplomas for their employees–just a confident understanding of the applicant and his or her capabilities. While churches are often still rigorous about requiring background checks, they are less restricted by guidelines about college diplomas, and they can offer a great avenue to find work in daycare centers.
