The most important thing is to know what ethics resources you have available at your institution. Google whether you have an ethics consult service or ethics committee; you want to know how to get a hold of those people before you need them. Next, the best way to take care of yourself is to recognize that ethical dilemmas take time to develop, so they will take time to resolve; settle in, get comfortable being uncomfortable, and limit the "extras" that you take on for a bit of time after you've been involved in a complex dilemma.
