Cross-functional collaboration is not simply a buzzword at Legacy Online School-it's how we get things done. One example I am particularly proud to call out is the work that Academics and Marketing did in redesigning our course enrollment process. We were seeing a decrease in sign-ups, and the two teams needed to get together to figure out why. The academic team could share insights into what families value most-clear courses and profiles of teachers-while marketing could actually analyze user behavior on our website and check where people were dropping off. The result? A smooth, user-friendly enrollment process that showed them exactly what they needed to feel confident in their decision. We also added personalized follow-ups from our advisors. The collaboration not only increased enrollment but improved the whole experience for families joining our school. The foundation of cross-functional success lies in shared goals and mutual respect. And when teams begin to realize that everyone's strengths complement each other, then surely great things will happen-and our students and families will feel this.
