How did you address the challenge of scaling up a biomedical engineering project from prototype to production, and what was one key to success?

Biomedical equipment are very complex in nature and every model has its own prototype. To address the challenge from prototype to production you need to get into detailing in each phase. Post completion of each phase testing is necessary and thus integrating each phase we can produce a successful product.
