Founding Attorney and Mediator at San Diego Divorce Mediation & Family Law
Answered 2 years ago
In my work as a divorce mediation attorney, many clients place a priority on the confidential nature of the process. Privacy is a priority for many opting for the mediation process. And so it's imperative in my work that I place a priority to upholding the confidential nature of our work. For example, when I see a former client in public, I never approach. If they initiate, I will certainly am happy to respond warmly but never do I initiate out of fear that they may have to explain who I am or how they know me to another person. So the work itself is confidential, their information and financial data is confidential, and the nature of our relationship during and after the process remains confidential. This respect for privacy and my approach is appreciated by our clients.
