During early tests of our scheduling module, Sprig feedback revealed that nearly 70% of users struggled with bulk booking for classes. That insight led us to design an AI-driven batch scheduling tool, which became one of our most-used features. If I had trusted only stakeholder assumptions, we would have missed a huge opportunity to improve daily workflows for customers.
Sprig feedback has once changed the course of a training platform we were about to launch to the subcontractors. Initial versions focused on long video modules, whereas post-product surveys of workers showed that they wanted shorter lessons that they could watch during their breaks on the construction site. Based on that realization we redesigned the content into micro-learning modules and integrated offline access. The change did not only enhance the adoption rates, but also made our case stronger among the stakeholders that were not fully convinced to invest in the platform any further. The data we had obtained via Sprig that demonstrated the actual value of what the end users actually valued allowed us to defend the design decisions and made the roadmap more aligned with the actual usage than with internal assumptions.
