As the Head of Public Affairs for Arizona's premier soccer club, Phoenix Rising FC, and a former competitive soccer player, staying connected to the sport and mentoring the next generation of athletes is both a professional and personal passion of mine. Having played soccer from youth leagues to high school, where I captained my team to a state championship my senior year, and as a former Olympic Development player, I've experienced firsthand the life-changing opportunities this sport can offer. Now, I'm dedicated to giving back through initiatives that create accessible pathways to soccer for all. One of the most meaningful projects I'm leading is the development of public futsal courts in our community. These courts are designed to be free, welcoming spaces where children and families can enjoy soccer, build their skills through drills, and cultivate a love for the game in a supportive environment. This initiative is fueled by my belief that soccer is more than a sport-it's a tool for personal growth, teamwork, and community building. Growing up, the lessons I learned on the pitch shaped my leadership skills and gave me a sense of purpose. Today, I'm motivated by the chance to share that same transformative power with the next generation, ensuring that every child, regardless of background, has the opportunity to play, learn, and dream big. Through these efforts, I aim to inspire a love for soccer and provide young athletes with a foundation for success both on and off the field.
In order to stay connected to my sport after retirement, our brand does a lot of keynote speaking for young athletes in the game of football. We do keynote speaking for pop, Warner football teams, middle school football teams, high school football teams, college football teams, and even some NFL teams and athletes as well. We also do some executive and life coaching of young athletes to help mentor and prepare them to succeed not only in the game of football, but the game of life as well. Giving back to young athletes is exactly how we started our business in September 2013, our first ever keynote speech was for the Cary Pop Warner football league, to one of their Pop Warner teams! To see some of those young athletes today on social media doing fantastic things, really is what coaching is all about! So, our brand truly believes in staying connected to our sport through giving back in different ways to help guide, teach, and mentor the young athletes of today, so they can become the model citizen men of tomorrow! We enjoy being the "lighthouse" that helps guide young athletes to a fulfilled and prosperous life!
