Using a CRM that automates bookings and follow-ups with patients has improved patient care in our practice. By streamlining administrative tasks with automation, we spend less time following up and more time treating our patients effectively.
For me, it's 3D printing. I'd had an interest in the technology years before it went mainstream, and once printers were more affordable, I pushed to have one installed our facility. The rest of the team didn't quite understand why until they saw me construct a specialized sling for a plus-size patient with an arm break. Then, we were all off to the races, determined to create items (in only minutes) that made our lives, and the lives under our care, easier. Little things, like poorly designed catheter clips, used to be suffered through until we could convince management to adjust the provider. Now though, we can create our own, and even send the prototype to the manufacturer. It's an absolute game changer.
