One of the most awaited HR conferences, the SHRM conference & Expo is a real treasure for HR professionals. Within the course of four days, it’s more of a journey toward exploring something new and getting to interact with top leaders within the vertical. The most exciting part is that it’s globally recognized ignoring geographical boundaries. Since the entire business world is transforming in its own unique ways, newer strategies and innovative practices are a must. This isn’t a mere conference but a light towards bringing a collective impact within the human resources vertical. Unification of the brightest brains could lead the entire fraternity to the next level, and getting to learn is what I’m the most thrilled about!

The list of speakers is very strong, with top HR professionals from McDonald’s, Coca-Cola, Citi, and more ready to share their insights into industry trends and evolving standards. It’s in Las Vegas, so we can enjoy some warm weather while we network, cruise exhibits, and listen to experienced speakers.
As an HR professional, I am always looking for opportunities to learn and network with my peers. That's why I am excited to attend the annual HR conference in 2023. This conference is one of the largest and most respected gatherings of HR professionals in the world. I am looking forward to attending workshops and sessions on a variety of topics, including employee retention, benefits administration, and talent management. Ok, the last is a bit facetious, but good food that is easily accessible on a conference floor IS important for attendees. I find the keynotes at Unleash to be inspirational and indicative of coming trends. The sessions are well done and fairly representative of HR technology solution providers and future of work topics -- often short which just gives a flavor of the topic and some a bit longer. Those longer sessions often provide actionable recommendations. My favorite venue is Paris. I also love the vibe.

Connect HR Leadership Summit, to be held in San Diego in the upcoming year, has been bringing together human resources experts from some of the most recognizable brands and companies for the past 15 years. Among the businesses present at the summit are J&J, Pepsico, and Hard Rock. The summit's key topics will include corporate values, workforce well-being, hybrid workplace, retention practices, and people analytics. I believe you should be here if you're an entrepreneur, the person in charge of human resources at a startup, or the person in charge of talent acquisition and retention at a large corporation.
