The biggest impact that my degree has had on my health is that it's had me working desk jobs for most of my post-collegiate career. This means that I've had to prioritize eating a balanced diet and finding time to exercise outside of work in order to stay in shape. This has definitely helped me to be mindful about my overall health in ways I wouldn't have to if I was still working outside like I did in college.
