I'm a local, family-owned swim school owner in Canberra, and my work focuses on women in business, community leadership, and safety education that genuinely changes outcomes. My mission is bigger than lessons. It's helping families build real water confidence and safer habits through calm, practical teaching, plus outreach that keeps water safety front of mind for children and adults. I'd love to share what it looks like to grow a purpose-led business where trust, dignity, and community engagement are the strategy, and why showing up consistently in local schools and groups can build both impact and sustainable growth. I would love to be considered as a guest for The Affluent CEO Show. I'm Emilie Given, founder of She's A Given, a U.S.-based executive support company, and a coach to women founders who are building real businesses, not just personal brands. My work centers on helping women step out of constant over-functioning and into leadership that is profitable, sustainable, and actually enjoyable. I did not build my business by hustling harder or performing online. I grew up in foster care, became a mother, survived a traumatic childbirth, and learned the hard way that success without support comes at too high a cost. Those experiences shaped how I lead, how I scale, and how I coach. A core philosophy I teach is "delegation is a feminist act." Not as a buzzword, but as a practical and ethical approach to growth. I help women stop trying to prove their worth through exhaustion and instead build teams, systems, and boundaries that allow their businesses to grow without burning them out. I would love to talk about: What affluent leadership actually looks like beyond revenue milestones Why so many successful women feel depleted and how to fix it Delegation as a power move, not a failure Building wealth without self abandonment Scaling with values, not hustle culture My perspective blends business strategy with lived experience and honest conversations about power, money, motherhood, and leadership. These are the conversations women are already having privately and are ready to hear publicly. Thank you for the opportunity. I would be honored to contribute. Warmly, Emilie Given Founder, She's A Given emilie@shesagiven.com https://www.shesagiven.com
